By using the Adeer App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction

  • Adeer Solutions LLC (“Adeer”, “we”, “us”) provides a business management software application (“App”) designed for small and home businesses.
  • These terms govern your use of all Adeer services.

2. Services

Adeer offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing:

  • Kite (Free): A free plan with limited functionalities.
  • Plane (Paid): Access to expanded features.
  • Rocket (Paid): Our most comprehensive plan with all features.

3. Account Registration

  • You must create an account to use our app.
  •  Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for securing your account and password.

4. Privacy

  • Adeer is committed to data protection. Our Privacy Policy https://adeer.qa/privacy-policy-2/ outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.
  • We strive to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), relevant Qatari data privacy laws, and other applicable international standards.
  • We collect personal information (name, email, etc.), usage data, and information through cookies and similar technologies to provide and improve the App’s services.
  • We use your information to maintain the App, provide customer support, analyze usage trends, and for other purposes detailed in our Privacy Policy.
  • We may share your information with service providers, to comply with legal obligations, or to protect Adeer’s rights and interests.
  • We implement security measures to protect your data, but no internet transmission is completely secure.
  • To provide the best possible experience, we collect certain information when you use the App. This includes personal information (such as your name, email, and address) and usage data (how you interact with the App).   • To enhance our service, we may utilize third-party service providers to monitor and analyze usage. one such service is google analytics, which tracks and reports website traffic. users can opt out of sharing their activity with google analytics by using the google analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  • Your information, including personal data, may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside your jurisdiction. by using the app, you consent to this transfer. We implement measures to ensure your data is securely handled in line with this privacy policy.
  • we may disclose your personal data under certain circumstances:

    • To investigate or prevent potential misconduct related to the app

5. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Free Trials: Some plans may offer a 1-month free trial. No credit card is required to initiate a free trial.
  • Paid Subscriptions: Paid subscriptions require you to provide valid payment information after the trial period (if any).
  • Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time within the App settings or by contacting customer support support@adeer.qa. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period.
  • No Refunds: Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any of the following:

  • Illegal or harmful purposes, including violating local, state, national, or international laws.
  • Uploading or sharing content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, or infringes on others’ rights.
  • Impersonating any person or entity.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
  • Interfering with the App’s functionality, including distributing viruses or malware.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Adeer owns all rights to the App, its content, and underlying technology.
  • You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property without written permission.

8. Content Ratings

    •  Adeer’s app is generally suitable for all ages. However, some features may involve business or financial information.

9. Limited Warranties

  • Adeer warrants that the App will substantially conform to its published specifications for an applicable relevant period of time from the date of initial use.
  • This limited warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external factors beyond Adeer’s control.

10. Disclaimer of Other Warranties

  •  EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY ABOVE, THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. ADEER DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • ADEER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
  • ADEER’S TOTAL LIABILITY, IF ANY, FOR ALL CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS.

12. In-App Purchases

  • If you offer the ability to purchase additional content, features, or services directly within the App, you agree to use Apple’s in-app purchase system.
  • Pricing and availability of in-app purchases are displayed within the App and may be subject to change.
  • All in-app purchase transactions are processed directly through Apple. Adeer does not collect or store any credit card information related to in-app purchases.
  • Adeer will follow Apple’s requirements for refund policies for in-app purchases if applicable.

13. User-Generated Content

  • By submitting any content (text, images, videos, etc.) through the App, you grant Adeer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content in connection with the App’s services.
  • You represent and warrant that you own or have the rights to any content you submit. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws, infringe upon the rights of others, or breach any contractual obligations.
  • Adeer reserves the right to remove or moderate any user-generated content at our discretion, particularly if it:
    • Is defamatory, abusive, obscene, or hateful.
    • Infringes upon copyright or other intellectual property rights.
    • Violates the privacy rights of others.
    • Is otherwise deemed inappropriate or harmful to our community.

14. Third-Party Services

  • Adeer may integrate with third-party services [Example: “such as payment processors or cloud storage providers”]. Your use of these services is also subject to the respective third-party terms of service and privacy policies.
  • You acknowledge that Adeer is not responsible for issues arising from your use of third-party services or any personal data you share with such services.
  • We may engage third-party entities and individuals to facilitate the operation of our service. These entities have access to your personal data solely to perform tasks on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality agreements not to disclose or use it for any other purposes.

15. Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar.
  • Negotiation: If any dispute arises in relation to these terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good faith negotiations.
  • Mediation: If negotiation fails, either party may request mediation by a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Doha, Qatar. Costs will be fully covered by you, and Adeer will not be responsible for any costs incurred.
  • Binding Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration in Doha, Qatar, under the rules of a recognized arbitration institution mutually agreed upon by both parties. Costs for any disputes will be fully covered by you, and Adeer will not be responsible for any costs incurred.

16. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email notice to the registered email address associated with your account in the app. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

17. Force Majeure

  • Adeer shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these terms if such delay or failure is caused by an event of Force Majeure. For the purposes of this clause, “Force Majeure” means an event beyond the reasonable control of Adeer including but not limited to strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes, failure of a utility service or transport network, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, storm or default of suppliers or subcontractors.

18. Severability

  • If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Compliance with Laws

  •  You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, regulations, and in good faith.

20. No Waiver

  • Adeer’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
